Note on complaints about large monitors/TVs:
Please note that, particularly with large monitors/TVs or other large products that are deliberately delivered in transport packaging rather than sales packaging, damage to the packaging does not initially constitute a defect in the product itself. If there is damage to the outer cardboard box but not to the underlying Styrofoam layer, it can be assumed that the device itself has not been damaged. Claims for damage where it is visibly assumed that the device itself has suffered damage can of course still be submitted to us. You also retain the right to report hidden transport damage at a later date. Please also feel free to submit suitable images so that we can correctly assess the damage. Support us and the environment by avoiding unnecessary transport of perfectly intact devices. Thank you very much.
